They work at pressures between 20- 250 PSI and are used for Agriculture, Outdoor Cooling, Greenhouse Humidification, Concrete Curing, Orchid & Bonsai Propagation, Animal Cooling & Humidification as well as dust reduction in industry and general cooling of decks, patios, people and pets. Each nozzle ncludes an inexpensive 200 mesh nozzle filter screen that is easily replaced or cleaned. Extra nozzle filter screens are also available. The acetal is resistant to lime and mineral build up. This is a cheaper and more clog resistant route to go than brass for most misting needs. These are 1/8th inch male pipe threaded and we carry the tees to fit in 1/4th and 3/8ths inch diameter for use with plastic hose or tubing as well as 1/2 inch schedule 40 PVC slips to fit. So whether you are working with flexible hose or PVC we can meet your needs. These are color coded and you may order then in the color that best suits your needs. Here are the specs for each color: The red is a low flow, wide angle nozzle that will service an area 24 inches x 24 inches from a height of 3 feet. It has a 115 degree head angle and puts out approximately 0.0159 Gallons per minute at 72 PSI or 5 Bar. The white is a low flow nozzle that will service an area 20 inches x 20 inches from a height of 3 feet. It has an 80 degree head angle and puts out approximately 0.0159 Gallons per minute at 72 PSI or 5 Bar. The black is a higer flow nozzle that will service an area 30 inches x 30 inches from a height of 3 feet. It has a 120 degree head angle and puts out approximately 0.0476Gallons per minute at 72 PSI or 5 Bar. They produce an ultra fine mist, even at pressures as low as 20 PSI.
