The end result is truly a one-of-a-kind beautiful log home!  This home is being built with Northern White Pine logs with logs that range in size from 13" on the small end of the log to 20" on the butt end of the log.  When completed it will be 2,200 square feet, with 1,408 square feet on the main level and 792 square feet in the loft area.  The complete size will be 32' by 44'.  It will also have 3 bedrooms - with a main floor master suite with a master bath, 2.5 baths, a main floor laundry room, log posts, beams, and rafters for a 44' log porch, log joists for the loft, and log purlins for the roof. This hand-crafted log package includes the logs and the assembly of all log work at our work site in Wisconsin, making all joinery cuts, and the hardware for through bolts and window bucks. This structure will be completed on our site, disasembled, each log numbered, windows finish cut, and outlet boxes cut-in and routeing holes drilled.  What this package DOES NOT include is shipping, finish construction labor, foundation, sub-floor, roof, interior walls, windows, doors, or any other 'finishing' projects.  We will ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada so if you would be interested in a shipping quote, please contact us with your zip code.  Also, there is sales tax for Wisconsin residents only.
