Each cover, the best quality, tightly woven, white with red stripes, 100% cotton pillow ticking (I buy my fabric by the bolt from the manufacturer) and I add a 7" side zipper, that I hide, so you will not feel it when you sleep. I fill it with 10.8 to 11 pounds of buckwheat hulls. You do not want a pillow overstuffed, as you won't get the support and it would feel like a rock.  I also use re-enforced stitching (I sew around the inside of the pillow twice). King pillow cases may be used.
