It measures 18" round (that doesn't include the 3" double ruffle all around. It has a 3" gusset on the side. The cover is 100% Cotton and filled with feather and down. This fabric is from the Treasures Collection. It has big beautiful roses on the front and the back is done in a smaller flower coordinating fabric.
